Founding of Haverbrook

The town of Haverbrook, Wisconsin was founded in 1891 by a group of settlers moving northeast from Madison. Originally founded as a trading post, the town grew quickly, and was well-established as a settlement by the year 1902. In 1916, Haverbrook had a population of nearly 1,000, and sent 150 men to fight in World War I.
